Greg is our senior appraiser and handles property valuations. Greg has over 20 years of real estate experience including residential and commercial assets. Greg has a background in residential sales, appraisals, currency brokerage, and general construction.

Brittney Bunnag, Office Manager, Realtor Associate
Brittney is the Office Manager for the office. She graduated from Arizona State with a Business Marketing degree in Fall 2005. After graduation, Brittney moved back to the Los Angeles area where she grew up and decided to follow her parent’s footsteps by getting into the Real Estate Industry. Kyle Fest, Field Rep
Kyle manages our field work including inspection reports, occupancy checks, notices, and property securing. He is our eyes and ears and ensures that all of our assets are being maintained and secure. Kyle graduated from Loyola Marymount with a degree in Business Finance. Kyle has over 25 years of property management experience.

Yosef Argueta, Field Rep
Yosef is in charge of inspecting our properties for valuation purposes. He also assists with property inspections and occupancy checks. Yosef is bi-lingual and translates for our Spanish speaking clients. He is a licensed realtor and also acts as a buyer’s agent. Yosef is our most senior employee and has been with Arico and Associates for over 7 years.
