Janina Lawrason, Executive Administrator and Head Office Lead

Janina is our Executive Administrator and Head Office Lead. She is responsible for billing, HOA’S and property maintenance. You can contact her for lock box combos and general property questions. She has been with Arico and Associates for over two years.

Adrianna Escarciga, Escrow Coordinator and Social Networking Specialist

Adri is our Escrow Coordinator and Social Networking Specialist. She assists our Broker with all aspects of the escrow process, with her we are confident to have smooth and efficient closings. Brandon Arico, Personal Assistant, Valuations

Brandon Arico holds a California Real Estate License and manages the day to day operations for Mark’s Active Inventory. He is responsible for negotiating offers, MLS, property valuations and he also acts as a Buyer Agent.

Kyle Fest, Field Rep

Kyle manages our field work including inspection reports, occupancy checks, notices, and property securing. He is our eyes and ears and ensures that all of our assets are being maintained and secure. Kyle graduated from Loyola Marymount with a degree in Business Finance. Kyle has over 25 years of property management experience.

Yosef Argueta, Field Rep

Yosef is in charge of inspecting our properties for valuation purposes. He also assists with property inspections and occupancy checks. Yosef is bi-lingual and translates for our Spanish speaking clients. He is a licensed realtor and also acts as a buyer’s agent. Yosef is our most senior employee and has been with Arico and Associates for over 7 years.
